Membership Rules & Terms

Automatic Monthly Billing

Your membership fee will be automatically charged to the card you provide on the same day of each month, until you cancel.

3 Month Minimum Membership Period

If you cancel before completing the 3 month minimum, you will be charged the total remaining balance for the unused months.

Cancellation

You may cancel your membership at any time after the 3 month minimum period, and at least 1 day before your membership renews. We do not offer refunds if you want to cancel the day of or day after your membership renews.

Pausing

You may pause your membership for up to 3 months after the minimum period by contacting us by phone or email. It will then automatically resume after the pause period ends.

Outside Food & Drinks

As a courtesy we allow our members to bring outside food and drinks for their children. However, we do not allow these items to be shared with non-members who accompany them at Kidsville.

No Child Rotation

Only children listed on your membership may be admitted for unlimited entries. We do not allow any rotation of siblings or other children not listed on your membership.
