Party Room Agreement
To ensure a safe, fun, and stress-free party for everyone, please read through the following rules carefully and agree to them before your event date. By booking your party, you are acknowledging your responsibility to follow and enforce these guidelines with your guests.
Party Time & Setup
Your reservation includes your party time, plus 15 minutes before for setup and 15 minutes after for cleanup. As a courtesy our staff will help carry your items and hang decorations.
Maximum Number of Children Allowed
Each party reservation includes a maximum of 15 children (25 for private party), and this numberincludes the birthday child. Children between the ages of 6 months and 10 years will be counted toward this limit, regardless of whether they were officially invited. This includes siblings of invited guests who may arrive unexpectedly. If more than 15 children attend (25 private), each additional child will be treated as a regular admission and the cost will be added to your final invoice.
Maximum Number of Adults Allowed
We do not cap the number of adults for a standard party, however our party room is only so big and more than 15 adults may not have places to sit at the tables when dining. Our facility is required to have no more than 45 total guests in our building.
Food & Drinks Policy
All food and drinks must stay in the party room at all times. Please do not allow guests to stand in hallways eating or drinking, or carry drinks through the facility. Any stains from food or drink on our playroom carpets will require a $25 cleanup fee.

Cleanup Responsibility
Please clean up and exit the party room 15 minutes after your party time ends. If the party room is left dirty, or requires additional cleaning, a $25 cleanup fee will be included on your invoice. Before leaving, please ensure that your guests help pick up all toys and return them to the proper rooms or shelves.
Shoe and Sock Policy
To maintain a clean and safe play environment, shoes are not permitted, and socks are required for all guests — both children and adults. Guests without socks will not be allowed to enter. Socks are available for $2 at the front desk, you can opt to have us add socks to your invoice for any guests who didn't bring any.
Restricted Items
For the safety and cleanliness of our facility, the following items are NOT allowed during the party: Glitter, slime, liquids (bubbles, etc), paint, suckers, sticky candies, sand, weapons, drugs, alcohol.
* Party favors may be given out in gift bags as guests exit the building.
External Entertainers Fee
If you plan to invite an external entertainer to your party including, but not limited to, clowns, princesses, mascots, character performers, or balloon artists please be aware that the entertainer must pay a $30 facility usage fee. If your entertainer does not pay this fee, it will be your responsibility as the host to cover the charge.

Older Children Policy (Aged 8 and Up)
Older children may attend parties but are not allowed on certain items like bouncy house or ride-on cars, and must not run around or wrestle in the facility. Kids who do not follow these rules will be asked to remain in the party room.
Bouncy House Policy
If the bouncy house is included in your party rental, it will be available during the second hour of your party. A maximum of six (6) children may jump at one time, and adult supervision is required at all times. If you prefer that only your party guests use the bouncy house, a "Reserved" sign may be placed by our staff.
Enforcement of Rules
You are responsible for ensuring your guests follow all Kidsville rules. If any guest is disrespectful to our staff or refuses to follow our policies, it is your responsibility to address their behavior and ensure they leave if asked to by our staff. Guests who refuse to remove shoes, wear socks, or cause a scene will be required to leave the facility.

By signing below, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to follow all terms listed above during your event including paying any possible fees.
